Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Funnermentals LLC ("Funnermentals," "we") collects through our games, including Vorturo and Nombro, and through this website, and how it is used. The short version: we don't ask you to create an account, we don't sell your information, and the only data that leaves your device is what our advertising partner needs to show ads and what you choose to send us.

Information we collect

Gameplay. Your progress, scores and settings are stored on your device. We do not receive them.

Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to fix problems you report.

Purchases. In-app purchases, such as removing ads, are processed by Apple. We never see your name, payment details or Apple Account information. Apple tells us only that a purchase was made so the game can unlock it.

Advertising

The free versions of our games may show banner ads provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect information from your device, such as its model and operating system version, your IP address and approximate location derived from it, and how you interact with ads. Information about how Google uses this data is in Google's explanation of how it uses data from partner apps.

We show non-personalized ads. We do not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and we do not use your device's advertising identifier. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before any ad data is processed, and you can change your choice at any time from the game's settings.

Buying the remove-ads option turns off ads, and with them the advertising data described above.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with the service providers described above (Apple and Google) to run the game, and only as needed for that purpose. We require that any third party with access to user data provides the same or equal protection of that data as this policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep support emails only as long as needed to resolve your request, and then delete them. To have your messages deleted sooner, or to ask what information we hold about you, email support@funnermentals.com. Deleting the game from your device removes all gameplay data stored on it. You can withdraw advertising consent in the game's settings, and you can reset your advertising choices in your device's settings.

Children

Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. Email us to make a request and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, mention it in the game's release notes.
